Your Flexibility Challenge

Your flexibility challenge is so easy, you’re going to love it.

You only have one move…Cat Stretch. Just inhale, suck your belly in and arch your back towards the ceiling. Then exhale and go in the other direction, opening your chest and pressing your hips to the sky.

Repeat for as long as you want.

Your Nutrition Challenge

Research one new recipe to try.

It doesn’t have to be complicated, but try to find something that has at least one ingredient you haven’t had for awhile or even something you’ve never had. I like to keep it easy so here are some options for you:

You know how to use the Internet (hopefully) so you can do your own search as well. The only rule? You have to make this recipe before the challenge ends. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Your Mind/Body Challenge

Your Favorite Song. Music can change your mood faster than a glass of wine. Yes, I said that and I mean it. So, today, I want you to listen to one of your favorite songs. Try to use headphones so you can crank it up. Close your eyes and enjoy.
