moving your body on a regular basis just ain’t happening,
even though you want to and even though you “think you should”

I’m here to help you start an exercise habit and help you keep it going, even if you get bored, tired, burned out, or discouraged.
I’m a personal trainer with more than 17 years of working with people like me, people like you. Fit people, out of shape people, people who loathe exercise, people in pain…pretty much anyone you can think of.
My job was to help them figure it out and I can help you figure it out, too.
