What it Is:

Sign up for the 5 Day Challenge and, every day, you’ll get a workout.  Here’s how it breaks down:

3 Cardio Workouts:  These are just  6 minutes long and they’re fun and efficient.  I call these Tabata-Style Workouts and they’re perfect for all fitness levels – I offer beginner, intermediate and advanced level exercises. What does Tabata mean?  It means you’re going to do each exercise for 30 seconds, resting for just 10 seconds and repeating for about 6 minutes of killer cardio.

You’ll do these workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (or whatever days you like…it’s not like you HAVE to follow my schedule, right?)

2 Strength Workouts:  You’ll do a total body strength workout on Tuesday and Thursday, so you’ll need some dumbbells. Again, I offer different levels of intensity so anyone can do this workout.

That’s it – Monday through Friday, 5 short, effective workouts.
