You’ll find everything you need below to get started:
- A Welcome packet to orient you the program
- A Complete Equipment List – Here’s everything I’m using in these workouts along with links to my favorite pieces of equipment.
- A Fitness Assessment Form – If you want to keep track of your weight loss progress, use this form, taking new measurements about every 4 weeks. This is totally optional, so don’t feel like you have to do this. Sometimes it’s nice just to focus on the workouts.
- Your START Calendar so you can see your workouts at a glance
