BUT – you still have to do the workout, y’all. Today we’re doing circuits – You’ll alternate a cardio with a strength move and these are all exercises you’ve done before so I think you might actually like this one.

Now it’s not always a good idea to reward yourself with food – that’s kind of how we get into our issues in the first place. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy healthy desserts, right? And these are good!

- Use the modifications – I may offer modifications to make exercises easier or harder.
- Use the pause and rewind button – It’s okay to stop and rest if you need it or to review an exercise.
