5 Day Belly Fat Challenge Day 3 – Core Workout

Now we get to the nitty-gritty. You know that ab exercises don’t really burn the fat off your abs (your body draws energy from the whole body, not just your abs). 

But, you want them to be firm and strong. This workout does just that with a lot of fun, different moves – no crunches!

What You Need

A med ball or light weight (I use 4 lbs)
A towel or resistance band
A mat
